Euskabea establishes management measures and a work environment that guarantees equality of women and men in access to employment, personnel evaluation, promotion, permanence, training, remuneration, quality and job stability, duration and organization of the day, as well as those that favor the reconciliation of personal, family and work-life of the personnel assigned to the execution of the contract, as established by Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the effective equality of women and men.
At Euskabea we use non-sexist language in all our documentation, advertising, image or material that is generated in the execution of all our projects. We avoid any discriminatory image of women or sexist stereotypes and we promote an image with values of equality, balanced presence, diversity, co-responsibility and the plurality of roles and gender identities. Furthermore, we guarantee the adoption of measures to prevent sexual harassment and harassment based on sex at work.
