Electrotécnica del Urumea S.L. -EUSKABEA- has created an Internal Information System, using a computer tool, as the primary channel for reporting actions or omissions constituting criminal, or serious or very serious administrative, offenses (including violations of European Union law), as well as breaches related to the Internal Code of Conduct.
This System allows for both named and anonymous reporting and guarantees the legally established protections for informants, related third parties, and individuals affected by the reporting.
The System documentation includes details of the existing reporting channels for this Company and the person responsible for receiving reports, as well as the applicable Privacy Policy.
